About Andrew McInnes
I am a vagabond - not in the way of your (likely) first interpretation, but rather, as Arthur Compton-Rickett defined it: a man with a vagrant strain in the blood, a natural inquisitiveness about the world beyond their doors. I photograph in the storytelling/documentary style, so aside from minimal standard digital processing, I do not alter the integrity of the image. I am a photographer, not a photo-manipulator or digital artist. Hi Andrew, I Googled "how to self-publish" and found this site: http://www.ehow.com/how_107987_self-publish-book.html I'm not sure that is the route you may like to take but I really don't have any experience in this other than the fact that a friend of mine just self-published through "iUniverse" which this site mentions. The resulting book was very professionally produced and it seems that the book is then automatically posted for sale on-line through the major outlets. It might be something to check out. I think your photos are lovely and then combined with the artwork, they are even more appealing. Best wishes, Doris

Thanks Doris - we really enjoy the collaboration (he is my father-in-law). We have some more images in the works, the next batch has some very intricate and delicate vines/foliage around the birds. Once we get a few more we may look at a book - any suggestions on where to start?
